Epazz Forms Terran Power, Inc. for Project Human Mobile Power Spinoff to Enter the $20 Billion Smartphone-Accessories Market

Epazz, Inc. (OTCQB: EPAZ), a leading provider of cloud based business software solutions, announced today that the Company has formed the Project Human Mobile Power spinoff as Terran Power, Inc. Epazz is currently working with a Patent attorney to file for a patent pending status. Recently, Epazz’s shareholders who were shareholders of as September 15, 2013 date record began to see their stock dividends in their brokerage account. Epazz is working with our lawyers in order to file the necessary documents to allow for them to be able to trade. Terran Power is a project to develop a mobile power device that allows iPhone and other smartphone users to power up their phone on the go without needing an outlet or a second battery. The smartphone-accessories market is a $20 billion market. With regard to growth initiatives, Epazz is actively pursuing acquisitions that are already cash flow positive.
